Antique Lindstroms Gold Star Mechanical Pinball MachineThe instructions on the back are dated 1934 by the lindstrom tool and tyo co of bridgeport ct. The game is in ecxellent condition with the only wear being where the pinball went around the perimeter. The faec of the game is paper/ cardboard over plywood. The colors are still vibrand and none of the pegs are missing or bent. The game was played by inserting a marble-like ball in the chute. Then the spring loaded plunger was pullde back and let go and the ball took off. Apparently, there were several balls, one of which was gold that earned doubel points. None of the balls are present. The game is not glass ocvered and never was. It is 14 1/4 wide and 24 tall. It has a convenient hole at the top for hanging. It would make an excellent addition to anyone's game room either as a decoration or as a game.
